This is an introductory class to Algebra 1 taught by Mrs. Emily Tarco
Students will work on:
Solving equations and inequalities
Working with conversions
Linear equations and graphs
Forms of linear equations
Systems of equations
Quadratic functions and equations
Class is offered for a duration of 3 weeks from 9am-12pm from June 13 - July 1.
Reading and completion of work is expected during class time. No homework will be assigned.
Must have mastery of pre-Algebra. Class open for students 7-9 grade.
Minimum 4 students maximum 15 students.

This course is an introduction to Ecclesiastical Latin, the official language of the Catholic Church. Participants will learn the pronunciation of Latin, study many important Latin prayers and liturgical texts, and acquire the rudiments of Latin grammar. This brief course is meant to lay the groundwork for further study and so serves as the first step in a lifelong journey with the Latin language.
The duration of this course will be three weeks with an option to continue studies later in the summer.
Class times: Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, June 14 to June 30.

Join Mrs. Jackie Halliburton in this is introductory mosaics workshop for those who would like to learn the basic skill of creating art using small pieces of colored glass. We use Sicis glass from Murano, Italy.
Class will take place from June 27 to July 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:oo p.m. with one hour of lunch. Registration is due by June 13. The course will take place in Seton Hall.
The week is divided into sections to allow for the completion of a mosaic design. (Two designs to chose from shown below).
The fee for the workshop is $350 all supplies are included for the completion of one mosaic.
