Creighton Model FertilityCare System - fertilitycare.org
The Creighton Model FertilityCare System (CrMs) is a true method of family planning shared by a couple. The CrMs utilizes natural biomarkers (cervical mucus) to chart naturally occurring periods of fertility and infertility in a woman’s cycle. CrMs has been shown in studies to be over 99% effective to avoid pregnancy, and when couples with normal fertility use it to achieve pregnancy, 76% will achieve in their first month. Any woman, regardless of cycle length, reproductive history, or situation, can use this system. Learning takes place through a series of private follow-ups by a FertilityCare Practitioner after an Introductory Session is attended.

Marquette Method
Using the latest and greatest of technology, the Marquette Method allows for women to use traditional biological markers in addition to science. The Clearblue Monitor with the use of Clearblue Monitor sticks track urine assays to follow both estrogen and luteinizing hormone to help with determining the fertile window. This helps with both achieving and postponing pregnancy based on the needs of the user. Some cost associated but never a deterrent.

The Partnership Method - ilovestellamaris.org/partnership-method
The Partnership Method (TPM) of natural family planning is based on the research of Dr. Josef Roetzer. This sympto-thermal method utilizes three signs of a woman's fertility - basal body temperature, mucus, and changes in the cervix - that give a couple the knowledge of when they can achieve or avoid a pregnancy. Sympto-thermal methods have been shown to be 98-99% effective when used correctly. Couples learn TPM in a classroom setting over the course of three classes, scheduled approximately one month apart. The classes build on each other and should be taken in order.
