St. Joseph’s Altar Saturday, March 19
All are invited to the 4:30 pm Vigil Mass and to partake of the festivities of St. Joseph’s Altar and Dinner on Saturday evening, March 19. Dinner will be served at 6:15 p.m. on the Shrine Grounds.
This year’s menu: Pasta Milanese, Fagioli Cassoeula (Green Beans), Broccolo and Cavolfiore Fritte (Fried Broccoli/Cauliflower), Oliva Schiacciata, Biscotti Assortiti, Amaretti Macaroon, Giuggliulena, Bozzoli, Torta Di San Giuseppe (St. Joseph Cake), Torta di Agnello (Lamb Cake), Torta Di Formaggio (Italian Cheese Cake), Cannoli, wine and Lemonade. The tradition of our beautiful St. Joseph’s Altar at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Walsingham will continue to be a tribute to its loving founder and matriarch, Mrs. Joanne Goulas. There will be plenty of seating on the Shrine Grounds!
